Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Please ensure all tags and labels are intact.

How to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at admin@runestonethailand.com or fill out our Return Form. Once your request is received, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exceptions
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Final sale items
•Personalized products

Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Exchanges for different items will also be processed once the returned item is received.
